1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk3565 ("Company", "pk3565", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform available at pk3565.app and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By completing the registration process on the pk3565 platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full;
• You agree to be bound by all provisions set out herein, including any future amendments notified to you;
• You meet all eligibility criteria outlined in Section 2 of this Agreement;
• You are entering into this Agreement voluntarily and of your own free will;
• You understand that online gambling involves real financial risk and that you may lose money.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between documents, these Terms shall take precedence.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the pk3565 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously at all times:

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of pk3565 services — including real-money betting, casino games, deposits, and withdrawals — you must complete the registration process and pass identity verification.

3.1 Registration Requirements. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a unique email address. 3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. pk3565 operates a mandatory KYC verification programme. Before processing any withdrawal request, or at any time at our discretion, we may require you to submit copies of one or more of the following: your national CNIC, a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address, a selfie holding your CNIC, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pk3565 support may result in suspension of withdrawal facilities.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. pk3565 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify pk3565 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. pk3565 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may maintain only one active pk3565 account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk3565 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any outstanding balances beyond the original deposited amount.

4 Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pk3565 accepts deposits via the following methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Cash OTC at designated agent locations. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Currency. All accounts are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. pk3565 accepts no liability for any exchange rate losses incurred.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. These minimums are subject to change and may differ between standard deposits and bonus-qualifying deposits.

4.4 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your pk3565 account within minutes. 4.5 Funds Origin. 5 Withdrawals

5.5 Withdrawal Restrictions. pk3565 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if: your account has not completed KYC verification; there is an outstanding bonus wagering requirement attached to your balance; we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; or a compliance investigation is ongoing in relation to your account.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by pk3565 are subject to individual bonus terms, including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus winnings. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Where a bonus carries a wagering requirement, you must wager the specified multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated) before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages per game category are specified in the relevant promotion's terms.

6.5 Promotion Changes. pk3565 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are not available to employees, contractors, or associates of pk3565 or its partner organisations.

7 Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the pk3565 sportsbook are subject to acceptance by pk3565. pk3565 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including bets placed on cricket, PSL matches, tennis, football, and all other sporting events available on the platform.

7.2 Odds. Odds displayed on the pk3565 sportsbook are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to a bet are those confirmed at the moment the bet is accepted. pk3565 is not responsible for errors in odds caused by data feed failures or manifest errors.

7.3 Manifest Errors. Where odds are published due to a manifest error — including human error, software fault, or data feed failure — pk3565 reserves the right to void bets placed at those erroneous odds, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed. Affected players will be notified and their stake returned.

7.4 Match Cancellations & Postponements. In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the period specified in the relevant sport's betting rules, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to player accounts. In-play bets already settled prior to cancellation or abandonment will stand subject to the specific event rules.

7.5 Maximum Payout. Maximum payout limits apply per event and per player per day. These limits are displayed in the sportsbook and may be adjusted at pk3565's discretion. Winnings in excess of the published maximum payout limit will be capped at the maximum amount.

8 Casino Games

8.1 Game Integrity. All casino games available on the pk3565 platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and crash games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

8.2 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or network failure during a casino game session, the affected game round may be voided and the stake returned to your account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. pk3565 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk3565 platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or providing false identity information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent platform security;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any strategy designed systematically to exploit bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play;
• Collusion with other players, including coordinated play designed to manipulate outcomes in live dealer or poker-style games;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs in casino games for financial gain — any winnings obtained through known bugs must be reported and will be voided;
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other criminal activity;

• Charging back or reversing a deposit after using the deposited funds to place bets or claim bonuses.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 Suspension by pk3565. pk3565 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: these Terms have been violated; the account is involved in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; a compliance investigation requires the account to be placed on hold; or the account holder's identity cannot be adequately verified.

10.2 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, pk3565 may void all pending bets, forfeit bonus balances and associated winnings, and retain deposited funds pending the outcome of any compliance or fraud investigation. Verified real-money deposits that are not subject to dispute will be returned to the player's original payment method at pk3565's discretion following completion of any investigation.

10.3 Voluntary Closure. Players who wish to close their pk3565 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any outstanding balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out to the player's verified payment method subject to completion of KYC requirements.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Intellectual Property

All content available on the pk3565 platform — including but not limited to the pk3565 brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, software, text, images, graphics, audio, video, and game content — is the exclusive property of pk3565 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk3565 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any software; use pk3565 trademarks or branding without prior written consent; or create derivative works based on pk3565 content.

Any unauthorised use of pk3565 intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

13 Limitation of Liability

13.1 Platform Availability. pk3565 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and events beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability. pk3565 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime.

13.2 Exclusion of Consequential Losses. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk3565 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the pk3565 platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or losses arising from betting decisions made in reliance on information published on the platform.

13.3 Your Responsibility. You acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk and that you bear sole responsibility for all betting and gaming decisions made on the pk3565 platform. pk3565 provides a platform for entertainment and does not provide gambling advice or betting tips. Any decisions to place bets are entirely your own.

13.4 Maximum Liability Cap. Where pk3565 is found liable to you for any reason, its total liability to you shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your pk3565 account in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

pk3565 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering on the pk3565 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pk3565 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. 15 Amendments to These Terms

pk3565 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pk3565 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the pk3565 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 10.3 of these Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Archived versions of previous Terms are available upon written request to pk3565 support.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

16.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk3565 holds its operating licence. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

16.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the pk3565 platform, you should first contact pk3565 customer support to seek an informal resolution. pk3565 aims to resolve all player disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal complaint.

16.3 Escalation. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally through pk3565 support, the matter may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority under whose licence pk3565 operates. Details of the applicable regulatory body and escalation procedure will be provided to you upon formal complaint submission.

16.4 Language. These Terms are published in English. In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency arising from translation into another language, the English version shall prevail.
